Dear Control4 Team,
This week we were pleased to participate in the CityCenter, Las Vegas grand opening events. CityCenter is a spectacular achievement, not only for the City of Las Vegas, but for Control4. The 4,004 room ARIA hotel represents our largest Suite Systems installation to date.
If you are not familiar with CityCenter, here are some interesting facts:
- Control4 SuiteSystems is featured in over 4,300 guest rooms in the Mandarin Oriental and ARIA, including door locks, lighting, HVAC, A/V, drapes, mini bar and guest services
- We have installed and manage a ZigBee mesh network of over 85,000 devices.
- ARIA is the 3rd largest hotel property in Las Vegas and the first hotel in Las Vegas to offer the full door-to-drapes experience in all rooms of the property.
- CityCenter will have the largest Distributed Antenna System in the world, with wireless computer access covering more than 14 million square feet.
- More than 6,500 antennas coupled with nearly 3,000 wireless access points delivers Wi-Fi in every room and anywhere on the CityCenter campus.
- All guestrooms are networked with one gigabit of bandwidth, delivering matchless connectivity to both Internet and hotel operations.
- Wireless Internet connectivity will be up to eight times faster (128 kilobytes) than the average U.S. guestroom today.
